Animal Control Dispatch
Dispatch provided 24 hours per day – 7 days per week, either by H.A.S. Dispatch or City Police.
Humane Animal Services (H.A.S.) is a non-profit organization contracted to provide investigative and response services for domestic and wild animals within the city limits of Dixon, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City and Vacaville.

Please note, dispatch is closed from 1:00-2:00pm for lunch.
